Tuna Sailor Style

In a large skillet, sauté the onions in hot oil for 3 minutres. Stir in the tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil and capers.

Cover the pan and simmer the mixture for 15 minutes. Correct the seasoning if necessary.

Place the tuna in the sauce and poach until the fish flakes at the touch off a fork and looks opaque about 5 mintues on each side.

Place the tuna on a warrmed platter and spoon the sauce over it.
